Returns

We only accept returns in the following case:

  • Incorrect Order Received: If you receive the wrong item, you are eligible to return it. In this case, Special Her will cover all delivery costs related to the return and replacement of the product.

To initiate a return for an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable unless an incorrect item was sent and a return was made under the conditions above.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Personalized or customized items (unless the error was on our part)
